Service Includes:

·  Full inspection of the pool and equipment

· Comprehensive water test (total/free chlorine, pH level, total alkalinity, water hardness, stabiliser, salt level and phosphates)

· Chemical balance including chemicals (as per Chemicals Included Tab)

·  Full pool clean, including scoop, minor brush, and vacuum leaves/debris

· Empty skimmer and pump baskets

· Sand filter backwash or cartridge filter clean

· Salt cell acid clean (as required)

· Rubber seals or O-rings silicone greased (as required)

· Set or adjust the clock and timers (as required)

· Full system checks and final inspection.



Chemicals included in cost of the service (as required):


· Liquid chlorine (sanitation for the water) (max 1L per visit)

· Hydrochloric acid (decreases pH) (max 1L per visit)

· Soda ash (increases pH) (max 500g per visit)

· Granulated chlorine (sanitation for the water) (max 500g per visit)

· Alkalinity increaser (buffer) (max 500g per visit)

· Cyanuric acid (stabiliser) (max 500g per visit)

· Calcium hardness increaser (increases water hardness) (max 500g per visit)

The following treatments are not included in the price of the Complete Pool Service. If your pool needs any special treatments or care, we will always discuss additional costs with you before proceeding.

Green Pool Recovery Service

Perth Pool Man provides a complete Green Pool Recovery Service to bring your pool back to good health.

A green pool indicates that algae is growing in your pool, and it is unsafe for swimming. Your pool will need to be professionally treated to kill and remove the algae before it is clean and safe for swimming again.

The cost of recovering your green pool will depend on the condition of the pool and equipment. Every pool is different and will require unique care and treatments, therefore we will need to inspect your pool before providing an accurate costing. The green pool recovery process will require a couple of visits to your property.

· A full inspection of the pool and equipment (plus a quote for replacement equipment if required)

· Thorough brushing of the pool walls and floor 

· Chemicals and treatments to kill the algae

· Vacuuming the pool floor to remove the algae

· Comprehensive water test and chemical balance 

· Empty skimmer and pump baskets

· Sand filter backwash or cartridge filter clean

· Salt cell acid clean (as required)

A heat pump will extend the amount of time you spend in your pool every year. Combined with a pool blanket, the heat pump will keep your pool at an optimum temperature so you can enjoy sparkling clean and warm water all year round.
